The Gauntlet, What’s Next in 2026 & Shipping Transparency

Hey FSK Brigade,

First off — thank you. Your continued support, patience, and belief in what we’re building at Freestyle Komics means more than I can properly put into words.

I want to also welcome NEW members to the FSK Brigade and hope you enjoy the experience as we have a busy 2026 coming up1

I wanted to send a clear update on where things stand, what’s coming next, and address a few important fulfillment items directly.

The 4 Upcoming Releases on Kickstarter

Here’s what’s on the roadmap:

Hotshot #13 – Wrapping up the Unforgiven saga. A pivotal one-shot with lasting consequences Launching JANUARY 2, 2026!!!!

Hotshot #14 – The Gauntlet begins, designed to test Hotshot’s heroic limits like never before.

Hotshot #15 – Expanding the world and the team with a special crossover featuring Aceblade from 4th Wall Productions.

Celestial Pulse Vol. 1 – NEW TITLE. NEW CHARACTERS. NEW STORY. A bold new addition to the FSK Universe.

Shipping & Fulfillment Updates (Transparency Time)

I want to be upfront and clear with everyone:

Fivestar #3 Merch
Production delays have pushed fulfillment back. These items are still in production and have absolutely not been forgotten. All books have been shipped and merch is soon to follow.

Emerald Quest #4 Letters
These have also experienced delays, and I truly appreciate your patience. We are very close to completion, after which they will move directly into printing and shipping.

I know delays are frustrating — I feel that pressure too. My goal has always been to deliver quality work and ensure everything reaches you correctly, rather than rushing and cutting corners.

What’s Next

Continued progress on The Gauntlet — a planned 11-issue series of one-shots, all building toward Zero Event: Emergence, FSK’s first official crossover. This event brings our characters together as they face a world-cataclysmic threat that reshapes the FSK Universe.

Ongoing fulfillment updates as items ship and backers receive their rewards.

More behind-the-scenes looks at what’s coming in 2026.

Stronger, clearer communication moving forward. As FSK continues to grow, so will what we’re able to bring to you. Some upcoming projects are already in development, and moving forward, we’ll be announcing new books once they reach at least 85% completion to ensure reliability and consistency.

Dear valued supporters, We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patience and continued support. Your contributions are the driving force behind our comic productions! 

Update on shipments:

- All books, prints, digital content, and merchandise have been dispatched. 

- Due to shipping delays, we've included extra merchandise as a token of apology: - Metal bookmarks or additional prints for physical orders 

- Digital bonuses for digital orders, based on reward tiers 

- Jackets and hats are currently in production and will ship directly from the supplier. 

- Action figures are taking longer than expected to produce, assemble, and paint. They will be shipped separately. There were issues with our 3d printer and we needed to replace them. A new version of the figure is being tested right now to fix the issues of the previous models

We've taken a step back to thoroughly examine our shipping and project completion processes. As a result, we've identified and addressed several key issues that contributed to delays in the past. 

Moving forward, we're committed to implementing improvements that will ensure our future Kickstarter projects are completed and delivered in a timely manner. We're dedicated to learning from our experiences and continuously enhancing our processes to better serve our supporters.

Hello to all and thank you for your patience,we are awaiting the rest of the books to be printed. Our regular printer was slammed which had some delays. We got those books and are awaiting two more covers from our secondary printer. Those have been shipped and once they are here we will begin shipping the books to you all
